EXHIBITOR CHECKLIST

You will obviously need your beautiful work and items for your display/stand, but a few things to remember which will help to promote your brand and make your weekend go as smoothly as possible may include... 

• Display equipment and table coverings (if applicable) 

• Business cards, postcards, look books, marketing materials

• Notepad, pens, stationery, mailing list 

• Scissors, string, tape, pins (seems trivial but very handy!)

• A mirror - for fashion/jewellery/accessories exhibitors (this is a very powerful selling tool!)

• Water, snacks, gum, tissues, lip balm (talking to prospective couples all day is tiring and dehydrating work)

• Your own cup for tea / coffee

• Phone charger or mobile charging cell

• Card reader and charger for card reader

• Change (if you are selling and taking cash on the day) 

• Extension cable if you require electricity
