Do you provide a table and chairs?

Yes, you should have specified if you wanted a table on your booking form. 

A minimum of 2 chairs will be provided for each stand.

What size is the TABLE you provide?

The table measurements are 6ft long x 2.5ft deep x 2.5ft high.

Do you provide linen for my table?

No.

Do you provide electricity? 

Yes, please see our Stand Information section for more details (scroll down to the bottom for electricity info).

Will there be wifi?

Yes, we will provide you with the details when you arrive to set-up.

What size is my stand?

This depends on which stand you have, as below –  

bridalNEXT! Stand -                2.5m wide x 2m deep (5 sq ms)

Classic Stand –                       2.5m wide x 2m deep (5 sq ms)

Premium Stand –                    3m wide x 2m deep (6 sq ms)

Sponsor Stand –                     4m wide x 2m deep (8 sq ms)

FEAST Stand –                         2.5m wide x 2m deep (5 sq ms)

Installations -        Varies (will be advised)

 

Can I hang things on the wall?

Yes, however the less damage you do the better and if at all possible we ask that you don’t drill or hammer into the wall.

A great alternative option for hanging things is 3M Command products.  They come in various sizes for different weights and can be removed from the wall without causing any damage -

Click on the Products tab on the menu at the top to see the different products they have available.

You can stick things to the wall such as vinyls.

When can I set-up my stand?

Set-up is on Friday, from 12pm, please click here for more information.

Can I bring someone to help me on my stand?

Yes of course, no problem.

Is there a lift to access the first floor of the venue, where the show is taking place?

Yes, there is a lift, below is an image with dimensions. The lift is located at the rear of the building, near the entrance on Dray Walk, you can view the map with this entrance marked on it here.

You can use the lift to load and unload items for your stand and is also available for anyone who needs to use it to access the venue.


Do I need to provide my helper(s) name for the guest list?

No.  You, and anyone helping you, will be given an exhibitor wristband when you arrive, which will allow you to get in and out of the venue.
